These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of sellwithsynhergy.com and denverdownsizers.com (together, the "Site"), which are operated by synHERgy Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). About the Site

The Site provides real estate information and services for home sellers and buyers in the Denver Metro area. Real estate brokerage services are provided by Tennille Johnson, Real Estate Associate Broker, licensed in the State of Colorado and affiliated with Keller Williams Realty DTC, 6300 S Syracuse Way, Suite 150, Centennial, Colorado 80111. Each Keller Williams office is independently owned and operated.

No Brokerage Relationship Created

Your use of the Site, including submitting a contact form, requesting a home valuation, or communicating with us through the Site, does not create a brokerage relationship, agency relationship, or client relationship of any kind. Under Colorado law, a brokerage relationship is established only by a written agreement signed by you and the broker. Until such an agreement is signed, please do not share confidential information you would not want disclosed in a real estate negotiation.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only.
